Disney+ NIGHTMARE

I'm having an absolute night trying to get my 12 months Disney+ code from Samsung!

In short when I access the site from my phone it seems to think I'm not entitled to receive a code and I should contact Samsung. I've tried the help suggestions and the Samsung account is on my phone etc.

I've spent hours on the online chat feature with someone at the end he gave me a link that just took me back to the main site that thinks I'm not entitled to the code and a telephone number that always has a message running saying they are not accepting calls and to try again later.

Last week I spent hours calling different Samsung numbers, often they said they would transfer me to the correct team but the call would just end and I would asked to complete the satisfaction survey!

Last Wednesday 21/09/2022 I finally spoke with someone that seemed to understand, he took all of my details (email, phone serial number, IMIE) he said he would get this escalated  and i would receive an email in 24-48 hours.

It's now the 23/09/2022 and nothing!

Depends on how long you've had the phone and the promotion at the time.
Sometimes you need to wait a certain period of time before you are eligible to apply.
Check with the retailer that you purchased the phone from.

Hi, @Dal12. I'm sorry to hear that it's taken you longer than expected to claim your Disney+ Boost. Further to what @Glenntech advised, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to our Support Teams here:

If you click on the "My Product" option and then use the Social Media contacts, our Support Team will be in a great position to investigate this for you and will advise you accordingly. 

Once your eligibility for this promotion has been established, there are a series of steps that you can follow to claim your Disney+ Boost. I expect that this will make the process much quicker for you too. 👍

Thank you for the advice.

I've tried contacting Samsung so many times, I was hoping someone that works for the company might pick up my issue on here.

I have just sent Samsung a message via FB, fingers crossed.

Our team will require your purchase and device details, and will also check which browser you are using, so I know that starting that dialogue will result in a smoother experience for you. I appreciate that you are keen to get your Boost claimed as soon as possible.

I got my S8 Tab and I must admit... Trying to get the Disney Plus code was a nightmare. I had to mess around with my browser settings in the end and then the code just came up on the screen... But I've seen a few others have issues in the forum too... Hopefully Samsung learn from this and look at better ways for customers to redeem similar types of offers... But still... Nice offer.

I deleted my last reply as I've found the instructions it pops up with... Which I'm sure you already done so...

1. Tap the settings menu on the top right of this page.

2. Choose the 'mobile site' option.

3. Enjoy all your boost benefits.

So at the top right of the internet browser, not of the web page... I selected "mobile site" from the options and logged in with my Samsung Account logins then all my Boosts show up.
