contact numbers

hi everyone, is anyone having problems when someone rings you only the numbers show but no name, even though the person is saved on my phone, its been like that since the latest update

I have experienced it lately. When I received a call with it showing number unknown. I don't answer those calls. So it's not good when you find out it's the boss trying to contact you urgently! Lol.
I've pinned it down to the network. It showed no number with 3. However, when switching to the EE SIM , it showed the contact number!
