No - I've tried contacting to make a formal complaint a number of times! I get promised a call back which then never happens, and then they finally email a response to my complaint not even addressing my complaint! Then when I call again I am informed that my complaint has been closed and marked as completed - this has happened twice now and my complaint has still not been addressed!

To be honest your fortunate that Samsung have issued a shop voucher as the situation of not supplying a charging brick has been in place for various phone's for a while.
I appreciate they are not currently in stock too.
This is the case with alternative manufacturers too.
Personally I prefer to use wireless chargers.
The supplied cable also allows a person to hook up to a computer or laptop to charge too.
