Claim chromebook?

Hi everyone. I purchased an s22 through mobile phones direct and it said I can claim a Samsung chromebook. I've gone to the claim chromebook page on the Samsung website but on the drop down list for place of purchase I can't find mobile directs. Does this mean they don't qualify? If so, I don't understand why the website said I could claim it.

Looking again that retailer is in the participating retailers.

@Pluto03: I've had a look at the claims process, and Mobile Phones Direct is included in the drop down list of options when I selected the place of purchase. It's possible that you have accidentally selected the Irish claims form, where Mobile Phones Direct is not a participating retailer, therefore please refer to the link in the post by @BandOfBrothers to access the UK claims site (if applicable).

Thanks everyone. I contacted samsung and they said it was on there and gave me a link - it was on there. I most have had a different link or something.
