Claim buds problem - Says IMEI number "null / invalid number"

I've gone to claim my headphones today, managed to sort the issue. But has anyone had it where its told them thier IMEI number is invalid? Says "null / invalid number"

 
And does anyone know if this will stop me receiving my claim?

Happened to me too. But later that day I had the email saying my claim has been approved despite the site not recognising my IMEI number.
