Are you able to install or update with the galaxy store. Then see if sync for notes will show.

That's interesting 🤔 I have it on my S22ultra and can back up to the cloud. My version was downloaded from the Galaxy Store and it was updated just last month. I see yours is from the Google play store, that could well be the problem as Google has some apps which shows aren't compatible on some devices.

I don't seem to be able to update it. I downloaded it from the galaxy store

Yes, it is quite weird. I downloaded mine off the galaxy store, but even though it is the newest version, I still can't sync to cloud. ☹️

Go into settings > security and privacy > updates. Make sure Google play system update is on the latest. Also double check you have latest software up to date.

Thanks for your advice, however I have the latest version of everything. I guess it must be an issue with the app.
