Charging

Hello, 

Last night my phone starting to charge normal until around 75% then suddenly the charging started to start and stop.

I have just been trying again, using different chargers/plug, but still no luck. Have cleaned the port and phone is up to date. 

Any idea or tips please?

Hi, @Martinf88. It's very strange that your phone is only charging to about 75% before continuing to charge erratically.

I recommend using the genuine Samsung charger and then seeing if you can replicate the issue while the phone is in Safe Mode:

If you don't experience the issue whilst your phone is in Safe Mode, it would indicate that a third-party app was responsible for this strange charging behaviour.
