The next thing you'll know is when your new phone gets blocked because they haven't processed your part exchange one. Or decide that you owe them for damage that does not exist on your trade-in phone. They won't even send a photo of your specific phone as evidence if you ask them to. Very dodgy third-party company handling this for Samsung, I wish you good luck
Cashback can take several weeks. I messaged the cashback team and things suddenly started happening. Cashback was approved but still took about three weeks to be paid. Use the link they emailed you to check status of your cashback and follow the Help link. You can message them from there.
