My phone s22 ultra doesn't seem to allow me to download national lottery?

Can always create another Google Account, download and install the App the remove the Google Account.

Why can't I download the national lottery app on my Samsung A13

Everytime i try and check my lotto numbers , i get an invalid response message, and cannot see the National lottery page
