Hello!
I am trying to order a Galaxy S22 with the free Galaxy Buds Live offer. Since the value of my basket is > 500£, it automatically adds a Galaxy SmartTag+ to my order. The problem is that when I try to check out, the website tells me that the SmartTag is out of stock and doesn't allow me to neither continue my purchase or remove the SmartTag, making me unable to buy.
I have already tried changing browsers and devices and the problem seems to be server side.
Just writing this in the hopes that someone at Samsung notices and checks their backend, because right now it feels like they just don't want my money 😕
EDIT: problem now seems to be solved.

Did this resolve still with the smarttag+ being in your cart ?
