Call drop

I have the S22 ultra and it drops every call I get within a minute or so. On a 10 minute call it can sometimes drop out 3 times. I had simular issues with the S20 plus but nowhere near as bad as this. I've tried the work around like changing SIM slots and enabling WiFi calling but nothing has worked. I really am getting to the end of my rope with this phone and its only 6 months old. If I've not sorted it by the time the new I phone is released im buying that and never coming back. Im that mad with it!!

Im in UK. I can stand still making a call and it drops out within the first 2 minutes 90% of the time

I'm in the City of London and going in amongst some buildings will drop the call without a fail. So, I don't call in those spotty reception areas however annoying that is. That said, what's your friends experience with mobile calls where you are? Different network have maybe better coverage etc etc

I have 2 sim cards installed. 1 is 02 and the other is 3. The problem exists even with both sims even if I have 1 sim installed. Im working in Liverpool today and there are only factories around me. I have 4 bars and 4G on my 02 sim and I'm still having call drop out and poor Internet connection.

Is the phone up to date on the software?

Yes. I checked that after looking through some of the comments on the intrrnet
