Ive been having this issue since 2 days ago. This is unacceptable as this is a flagship model and there are many reported instances that this is caused due to the 6.1 One UI update. Since I bought my phone off amazon, I do not have a warranty and even if I did, it has ran out as it has been more than 2 years. Its really embarassing as well since I use NFC to get around to places and when I try to present it to the scanner, the phone boot loops for 20 minutes straight. Im not going to be doing any freezer method I need my phone fixed asap. Im highly convinced to never buy a samsung product ever again, very shameful performance. I tried rebooting in safe mode, and it still persisted. Please fix this issue, when Im making calls to people or even any random scenario whether in use or not, it restarts out of nowhere and begins the boot loop.

Hello @RHannan and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👍

I'm disheartened to hear of the issues your currently experiencing with your phone.

Our phone's have become an integrated part of our daily life's in many ways.

Yes, we have seen recent post experiencing issues that may or may not be connected to the recent update.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

I own the Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra and it is updated to the most recent software update, and security patches, and shows no issues that people are currently having with their phone.

It's a conundrum how some phone's have been affected and some haven't. 🤔

Samsung UK provide a limited 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty on their phone's.

Phone's purchased via a merchant means the merchant themselves have a Duty of Care to assist.

A Samsung Service Centre may ask for proof of purchase.

Consider that Samsung will still assist even if the phone is out of warranty.

It won't harm to see if a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store can assist.

If they ask for a fee then it's your decision to go ahead or decline.

You can also send feedback via your Samsung Members App which goes directly to Samsung.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

For the first time in 20+ years I'm considering moving away from Samsung .. phone constantly reboots itself after updates, and I'm getting fed up with it. Samsung you really need to sort this out it's just wrong. Tried everything

Mate is there any other reasonable explanation as to why my phone has been like this recently? I have not done anything drastic for it to be affected to this extent. I will visit a centre soon but this is very dissapointing. Ofcourse some peoples phones will be unaffected whilst some are, that is because they get affected at different periods of time. You need to ask yourselves why is this happening in the first place.

After an update, my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra started rebooting repeatedly today and then went black. I haven't been able to get it to come back on. It's very frustrating!

I got this exact issue after One UI 6.1 update, After reaching service center, they did a factory reset & all my data is lost but still issue persists & they claim that my motherboard is gone, need to replace it, As I have purchased the phone in sept 2022, its payable & I need to pay 41,000 rs. Seems like a scam, samsung pushes a buggy update & phone goes into boot loop & then claims its motherboard issue, customer have to pay from his pocket. Even customer care didnt help here at all.
