Blocked Calls

Hi everyone,

One of my contacts, keeps getting blocked from calling me, the number is not in my blocked list and is my doctor's surgery.

How do I get this number to be allowed? Without just turning off spam call protection on the Samsung?

Does it get through when spam protection off?

Call you network provider and ask them to troubleshoot too

Not sure, it does say blocked by phone.

Im guessing doctors surgury calls could be important I would turn it off and ask them to call you to see

It maybe they got themselves on a block list

If it come from particular one nuberm than edit number and store into contact and Mark it favorite.

You should check the update for the Phone app and then see if the issue is solved or not.

Have you by chance blocked private calls as GPS call in private.

Have you blocked calls without caller ID? This is an option in settings and many doctors surgery's withhold their number.

Nope, plus they are not withholding the number.
