Has anyone else had birthday codes not work then disappear from your account?

Gutted I cant use my birthday code, I had a 15% off code that finishes at midnight tonite an wen I type it in it won't accept it.

I've tried all day to chat, video chat and ring an can't get thru to anyone for help 😞

Can anyone help?

I've had Birthday Promotional Codes in the past that worked OK so I'm unsure with what happened with yours.

Live Chat via the Samsung Online Shop Page should have worked.

Unfortunately if your past the timeout period for the code then they won't probably be able to re-enable it.

Did you try clearing your browsers cache , cookies and browsing history ? 

I hope your next one works for you.

I'd suggest to try it in good time before the cut off date.

Well live chat won't help at all on the student website. I'm gutted, saved forever to get a phone and buds 😞
I've tried all the other things you suggested and nothing helped.
It's almost like the code didn't exist in the first place. Maybe it was just a ploy to get me on the website I dunno.
I'm so so upset over it 😫

I know in the UK Samsung are giving 15% off Samsung Galaxy Buds if bought at the same time as the phone.

As far as I remember the offer of the free Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro has ended as the phone needed to be purchased before the 5th April 2022.

Unless it's different in your region.

Fingers crossed that your able to accrue the extra funds needed to go ahead and make the purchase or maybe Klarna or PayPal Finance maybe an option.

You may also be able to Trade In a phone to help reduce the cost.

Well the deal I had was through the student website an it was ....

15% off all mobile phones

£200 guaranteed trade in for any phone in any condition

10% extra off if 2 mobile items are bought together (phone and buds)

Then my 15% off birthday code on top of that.

So I got the student 15% discount
Extra 10% off

Then the £200 guaranteed wouldn't work
Then the 15% birthday code didn't work

Would've been an amazing deal but sadly Samsung messed up and basically told me they wouldn't help me cos I'm on their student part of the website. They will however help me on the regular website which defeats the object of the student discount.

I don't understand why 😢
