does anyone have any idea when UI5 is going to be sorted , i have a brand new S22 that is unusable due to the beta program ? No one in support seems to have any idea about how to downgrade it either .

The downgrade does not work and now for whatever reason my laptop says the USB format is incorrect and will not connect and on my desktop the downgrade button has disappeared. I honestly have tried everything on my own and over 4 hours on the phone with support. i am at the moment trying to revive an old windows laptop to see if that is more compatible than apple !

yes i have withdrawn and got as far as backing up in smartswitch and then clicking on downgrade , i don't think there is anything else i can do ?
