does anyone have any idea when UI5 is going to be sorted , i have a brand new S22 that is unusable due to the beta program ? No one in support seems to have any idea about how to downgrade it either .

One UI 5 will be out imminently for the S22 range initially.
Then filter down the the other ranges of phones
All software goes through Beta testing, and once this I'd completed. The general release will come out.
Too many times we see software rushed out and has bugs.
So I'd prefer to wait a little longer for a stable and properly working software to get released.

It's for certain ranges of phones and only for unlocked devices
If you don't see the invite in the Members App, then either it's not available for you device or the device is not eligible for it

I successfully withdrew from the beta programme via the members app and downgraded my s21 to one ui 4.0 using smart switch on a PC. What issue exactly are you experiencing trying to downgrade?

The downgrade does not work and now for whatever reason my laptop says the USB format is incorrect and will not connect and on my desktop the downgrade button has disappeared. I honestly have tried everything on my own and over 4 hours on the phone with support. i am at the moment trying to revive an old windows laptop to see if that is more compatible than apple !

Have you withdrawn from the beta programme via the members app first?

When you say the downgrade does not work, how far have you got so far?

yes i have withdrawn and got as far as backing up in smartswitch and then clicking on downgrade , i don't think there is anything else i can do ?
