Hi there members, I have a problem with my S22 ultra I bought recently. The connection is very weak at a lot of places and it seemed to be normal for my network provider. I have 2 phones and tested the range but the S22 ultra has less reception. 

Also the charging is a problem with one powerbank. I used the samsung 3A charging cable and it just won't charge with a steady wattage, from peak 28W to a common 10W for a minute and charges all the way up to 100% with 6W. 

Is there any update patchwork to resolve this issue, because my other phones don't have this problem, if I switch to a 100W usb C cable I got the same problem, only with my dell 65W usbC charger it tries to do it's best.

I also went to samsung service center mosveld in Amsterdam and they gave me the following results: charging problem = none. network errors = yes multiple. I also contacted my ISP (KPN) and they don't see any sort of problem with my data plan. But that subject will be handled with them. because I placed the simcard in 5 phones and all the same issue.

today I got another charging dock and still it wouldn't charge properly only a max of 14W now, it won't even detect moisture. does anyone has an option, it is for firmware

Thank you for your message. Is your phone fully updated and what kind of charging block do you use? 

You mention that you tried the Simcard in 5 different phones and all experience the same issue. Did you also test it with a different Simcard or requested a replacement Simcard from your network provider?
