S22 Ultra Exynos video stabilisation

The video recording stabilisation is a bit gittery sometimes and clearly is not as good as was advertised. The Snapdragon model does not appear to have this problem and also does better in night photography.

There always seem to be issues with the Exynos versions. Please send out a patch for all the glitches:

*Screen brightness in HDR video Netflix/YouTube

*45W charging not actually 45W

*Video recording stabilisation (Exynos)

Make a report in the Samsung Members app for these problems.

Above problems are remediated within the update they have pushed as a day 1 patch. Tested the above myself today before and after update and i can acknowledge that i dont see these issues anymore

That's good to know, thanks. Not had the update yet. I do have another annoying issue with Netflix brightness slider... It won't actually get brighter. No setting combination or uninstall / clear cache would save it. Netflix also had no idea how to solve it. Seems to be the phone not allowing Netflix to control brightness. Have you got the same problems?

I checked as we speak and also checked last night but full brightness is as bright to the point of too bright in the evening, during the Day i can honestly say that even in bright sunlight it looks awesome. Bottom line i do not have or see the same issues as your are reporting. So i believe the update is going to solve your problem

Issue still remains. Stabilization is really broken especially seen when panning the camera. Video isn't smooth also and worse than S21 or S20.

Video quality when not moving is a bit better than S21 but too bad it's nowhere like the iPhone 13 Pro.

Netflix not been fixed with the update. Think it's the Netflix app now, as the Netflix APK doesn't have the same problems. I've reported it with Netflix.

I found the super steady mode is super noisy...
