I have lost audio on YouTube following recent Android 12 update even when playing via Bluetooth headphones, audio on all other apps is fine. Anyone else had a similar issue or know a fix.

Try clearing data from the app in settings and see if that helps! 🙂

Yep done that and it didn't fix it, I might try a factory reset and see if that fixes the issue.

Yes, try a factory reset, then test to see if youtube works. If so, it might be a third-party app that is causing the problem. Hope this helps! 🙂

Found the issue, I found a setting called "individual App Volume" for some reason YouTube had been added and was set to zero. I deleted YouTube form the setting and I now have audio on YouTube. Not sure how it got added. But all OK now.

Even if I play with full volume on YouTube, I hardly hear with phone's speakers..this is happening only after phone got upgraded to Android 12
