The max resolution available on the Galaxy S21 Ultra is 2K (1440p UHD) No Samsung phone has a 4K Display.

you must find a 4k video on youtube first, then select the resolution from the youtube video player, but you will still see it as a 2k video if what the buddy is saying is correct
