Hi @Jagvir , sorry to hear but have you been given a specific reason? If not as @Phoenix142 says best to contact Customer service as it may be due to stock, credit issue or problem with card.

cos I place first order for s21+ 128gb.then on weekend it offer for bigger version was so gud if u buy watch too.so I bought together . so I have to cancel the first order they sent me email that's my order is cancelled cos my bank declined the payment .I rang my bank they said it retailer issue not on bank side. when I try to purchase same item .the total amount gone up for £50 .so annoyed with their service. thinking to go with apple. the customer services is much more better than this
