How do I sync me work gmail to my calendar?

It all depends how your work mail is set up, you may want to talk to your Techs

If you add your work Gmail email address to Gmail account on your phone it will give you options of what to sync during the setup process like contacts and calendar etc.

Or as Robot states speak to your techs at work as they may need to give you sync access rights.

Calender settings >manage calendar tap the + on top right to add.

Again your work may or may not allow.
