I kept reporting this in the past months. I own other smartphones and the fingerprint sensor is working perfectly.
Can you please lower the sensor resolution to be able to read better the fingerprints ?
My S21 Ultra is recognizing half the tries my fingerprints. I've tried everything, deleting, registering again, nothing.
My wife has an identical S21 Ultra. Same issue with hers too, so stop saying to take it to service.
It's your fault Samsung and I hope you'll fix this. I will not buy another Samsung phone until I see this issue fixed. It's really bad to have my login attempts banned by my bank because of your bad fingerprint system.
