WiFi no 5ghz

Hi since the Android 12 update my Wi-Fi 5ghz is not working it will not find any router what run off 5ghz only 2.4ghz I have tried factory setting my phone refreshing network I think seems to be working and no one seems to have a clue how to get it working please help.

Try running the diagnostics under the get help tab and let us know what happens.

I have done that and it's stating it's normal .

I have the same issue. Have you had any luck!?

Have you tried one if those network checker apps to see if 5Ghz gets picked up?

No luck as of yet no one seems to know what the problem is I have been on the phone to Samsung and they said just do a factory reset but that has not work neither .

Try refreshing the router
Turn it off 10 seconds
Then back on
May resolve your issue

On settings Connections wifi
Try clicking forget
Then refresh and see if list
Available connections
