Why does it take so long for Samsung to send out a new Samsung device?

So, I eventually decide to trade in my current S10 to get a S21 5g. Apart from an initial email confirming my order, it has now been 6 days with no product, no communication, no reasons etc etc.

Is anyone else having this sort of problem?

I'm starting to feel Samsung don't care at all about their customers

I phoned them up about the same thing and the phone arrived 3 days later, so try calling them up and ask them if they can deliver it a bit quicker.
