Why can't I plug Sandisk Dual Drive USB Type C into my Samsung Galaxy S21+???

Hi,

I bought this SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive USB Type C 32 GB to transfer files quickly between my phone, tablet and laptop. But this drive doesn't properly go into my S21+ port.

However it fits into and recognised quickly by my Samsung Galaxy Tab Active3.

Does anyone know why?

I have the same problem with Samsung S22+. I bought Sandisk Ultra with C Type Usb port , but it does not fit into my Samsung S22+.. I have old Samsung S8 with  C Type Usb port, in which usb stick fits perfectly.

I fixed it by returning the flash drive. Repurchased the same and it works!
