Why can't I hear the person on the actual recording?

I was calling someone that I recorded the call, but when I went back to listen I couldn't hear the other person talking on the recording? Could somebody tell me what ive done wrong with setting up the dailer app please?

@dash8horse Could you confirm which app you are using for call recording, please?

Hi @dash8horse 

As call recording isn't a built in native feature or app in most regions due to laws etc some owners of Samsung phone's resort to downloading 3rd party apps to be able to achieve call recording.

I would therefore suggest to double check your Apps settings etc and if necessary contact the developer,  and or try another similar app.

You will have to download the apps and keep trying till you get 1 that works for your phone
