Where is 4K and 8K video recording on the S21 Ultra?

I only seem to have the option of FHD 60 and FHD 30 which is of course, only 1080P. Even when I change the ratio it still doesn't show 4K or 8K video recording options, any ideas?

Thank you ALL so much, I finally found out what the problem was. I had "Super Steady" switched on, so only the resolutions which support super steady were available!

 am I being stupid, I can't seem to change mine. It's greyed out no matter what lens I'm on

@Jamsterdm you have to switch it off Full to 9:16 or 16:9 for it to work!
