When is the Android 12 firmware updates coming to S21 Ultra 5G in the UK?

This is already out, I myself am using it on my s21 ultra and have other s21 devices on android 12

S21 devices on stock Samsung CSC code for U.K. = BTU, received the Android 12  December Security update, BUL1, on 10th December.

Those in the U.K. on Vodafone carrier branded firmware, VOD, received it, 16th December.

I am on giffgaff which runs on O2 in UK and have Android 12 .

But then again I bought the phone direct from Samsung so it's not carrier branded.

I have s21ultra 512gb from Vodafone, my last security update was on May 2021 and still got android 11. Do u guys have any idea why? What's wrong with my phones ? We got 2 same phones and both of them have no updates
