WhatsApp and wearable

When using WhatsApp on my Galaxy S21 Ultra the sound and microphone only works through my Samsung watch. No volume control on my phone.

How do I get the sound back through my S21 and and stop it coming through my watch? 

ps, WhatsApp is not an installed app on my Samsung watch.

I noted same, with S22 Ultra
Each time I make a call with WhatsApp it goes to the watch, I have to physically touch the speaker icon at the bottom of WhatsApp screen to divert the call to the phone..

Well nothing is simple with Samsung 😂😂.. When I first became a Samsung customer.. I was an average human (coming from Apple)

Hello @spongecake, I have a Watch 5 Pro and have to clear the cache on that as well, for peace of mind, regularly.

@spongecake: Please can you try heading to the Galaxy Wearable app, go to the Apps section and toggle of WhatsApp from here. Please note that this will disable WhatsApp notifications on your watch. Alternatively, please head to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Tap the cog to the right of your watch, and toggle off 'Calls'. Let me know how you get on.
