what's app video call

Hi all 

I recieved my buds pro gift from my pre order a few days ago. Really happy with them only issue I have they don't play the audio through on a whats app video call.

Everything else is fine voice call, what's app voice call , even teams video calls, am I missing something is it just me being thick.

Any help would be amazing.

maybe a setting in what's app .. just a guess not used that for calls

if you have Bluetooth watch n blutooth buds they conflict each other somehow for video calls. mine was causing same issue but if i switch off Bluetooth on my watch it worked fine on earbuds. but now after next update on the watch it seems to be working ok for buds now.

on the what's app call just click on the Bluetooth icon and it should go through to them

thanks guys, yeah if someone video calls me it works fine , yeah you're right ash I just need to press the Bluetooth button and it kicks in.
Bit of a pain but I'm not going to complain with them being a free gift thanks again guys 👍
