Have you calibrated the blood pressure on phone and watch. This needs to be done first.

Hi @MartinC2  Try rebooting by holding the Power and back keys for around 7 seconds.  It may be necessary to reset and  repair the watch again.  Some information here  https://www.samsung.com/Smartwatch Not Connecting  It is also suggested that users recalibrate Blood Pressure every 28 days for accuracy, if this is not done a prompt will appear at some point.

Some Detail here   https://www.wareable.com/samsung/how-to-take-blood-pressure-on-samsung-galaxy-watch

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

You could try wiping the cache for Samsung health monitor app. If that doesn't work, maybe delete data for the app and set the health monitor app again.

Check the settings, if you might have made some changes to it.
