Using Big Circle icon when changing background image on a Ultra 21

Been trying for weeks no one can help me.

When I want to change background image in portrait mode there is a icon called Big Circle that blurs the background, the problem is it only shows in one photo, the other photos have 5 icons only the 6th Big circle is missing, please check the photos.

Right just did a test and it boils down to this.

If you take a head shot (face only) you have 9 options.

If you say take the full body or another thing yiu have less options.

So I'm guessing depending on what you shoot in the portrait mode the camera decides what options to give you.
