Hi 
I'm on the upgrade program I have the note 20 ultra my upgrade runs out on 4th December so thought I'd take a look.
Does anyone know why I can't choose the s21ultra.

IMHO, as you have the Samsung Note 20, I would wait for the S22 Ultra with S-Pen to be released in 8-12 weeks time.
