Does anyone know what to do with regards to sending old phone back on upgrade programme. I would of thought samsung would of sent a returns box to send it back when I got my upgrade.

has anyone else had to use extra mail services to cover the cost if it goes missing with Royal mail.? or is the label they send sufficient
