upgrade programme return

Does anyone know what to do with regards to sending old phone back on upgrade programme. I would of thought samsung would of sent a returns box to send it back when I got my upgrade.

you should have received an email but you returns information and labels etc will arrive within 5 days of receiving your new upgrade

hi did you upgrade or trade in ? I've traded in my handset but I want to know do they just want the handset as I need the charger from the phone I'm trading in. The s21 doesn't have a charger samsung have only asked about the phone and condition its in doesn't say nothing about the box or charger ?

just upgraded through the upgrade programme

This will be my second upgrade and I was only asked to send back the phone itself. I was able to keep the headphones and charger as spares.

yes mate, same rules apply. you only need to return the handset just ensure is securely packaged. I always use the box last years handset arrived in.
