Upgrade Program

Don't know if anyone can shed some light on this for me. I joined the upgrade program this year and got the S21 Ultra and so ill be eligible for the upgrade in about 3 months or so.

Opinions of phones aside, I'm really interested in the new Fold3. When my upgrade date comes around, am I only able to upgrade to the next line in my series, ie S22 or am I able to upgrade to the newest phone in another series, ie Fold3 even though its been out for 6 months when I'm able to?

Hi @PJowns. It's only the same family of devices you can upgrade to, though as there was no Note model released this year, those with the Note20 were eligible to upgrade to a Galaxy Fold3 or Flip3.

Oh thats a shame, I havent been as impressed with the S21 as I thought I'd be. Will I be locked into having to pick the ultra model also? Or could I just go with a S22 plus?
