I upgraded from an S20 to an S21 in august via the upgrade program.
I returned my old handset, tracking says it was delivered, and received an email from Samsung saying they would settle the balance with Klarna within 10 days.
However, they have not and I am still being charged.
I contacted Samsung customer support, who told me to contact the trade in team. After a lot of back and forth, the trade in team told me to contact customer support directly as they could not help.
Obviously I do not want to pay for a phone I no longer have, can anyone give me any advice on what I should do next?
