upgrade klarna issues s21 ... again!!

Last year had awful problems with klarna and upgrading on the Samsung web page having been with them a few years with money taken out then refused etc! Took long time to sort out and should have learnt my lesson but.... Same thing has happened again. Page froze tried again money taken then refused!! Can't believe this hasn't been sorted out. Can't get to speak to anyone to sort it !!!

Same thing, mine wasn't due till March but got the email and text to say I can upgrade today.

My credit scores are excellent so no idea why I've been rejected again.

Experian credit score = 999/999
Transunion credit score = 657 / 710

just tried phoning Samsung was in the middle of talking to them and they cut me off!!!

it's been solved I've managed to upgrade. try again! 👍
