Upgrade and trade in from ireland

Hi, has anyone ever upgraded and traded in from Ireland? I have a pristine s10+ and was considering s21+ or ultra and trading in s10+ against it but we dont have that option here on Samsung Ireland. 

Also, not sure if its been possibly previously and/or if brexit would be an issue now? 

Anyone any thoughts?

Be very cautious when trading in especially with Samsung.

I traded in an S10+ (18mnth old) in pristine condition also, the original film protectors were still on the phone.

They claimed "screen burn" and sent a ridiculously poor quality image and demanded another £100 from me. I refused to pay and told them to return phone or send me "real evidence of screen burn" ..... I heard nothing for 2 weeks , then miraculously I recieved an email stating my trade in had been accepted and my order was complete !

I'll leave you to make your own mind up 😉👍

Wow! Poor form on Samsungs behalf, maybe I will sell privately then!

Definitely poor form.... almost all my tech is Samsung and when you buy into a brand you have a level of expectation of quality and service ....perhaps that fast becoming a thing of the past !
