I'm so frustrated right now, all reviews emphasized on camera and battery, no one ever mention instability of network.

I just got S21 U. and can't make calls or receive calls, tried updating, it shows no network update.

Is it possible for Samsung producers to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Some more details would help -

1. Do you see bars in the network icon?

2. Have you tried this sim in another phone?

3. Have you ran diagnostics to check the SIM card and mobile network status?

4. What message do you see when you try to make a call?

5. Have you checked if there are no network issues with your operator?

6. If you are indoors, have you tried to make calls from another location?

Hi dee i am not very good with Internet but managed to check the signal in my area on the app of my mobile phone network, i would assume all mobile networks would have the option on their app for you to see how good your signal strength is and i would recommend going onto Samsung support and they will help you with problem solving to try and find out why you are unable to make and receive calls, that is a problem you need sorting out, i hope it helps you and good luck, let me know if you manage to get it resolved x

Please post which country and network or mobile provider you are using.

Also if phone was bought online or from a different country.
