Unable to Wipe Cache Partition on my S21 Ultra + Battery Issues

Hello,

Recently  am experiencing issue with my battery life of my 21 Ultra.

When I bought my mobile in February, My charge was lasting around 1d 6hrs but today, 1st of May, Am getting only 15hrs of Full charge  as per the battery usage status.

Day by Day it is decreasing...

I saw a video to use the wipe cache partition to reset the battery usage status but using the Power Key + Volume Up  button simultaneously + usb cable plug in on a pc but nothing happens, my phone boot normally.

I have work profile setup on the phone, is it because of that am unable to access the Recovery mode?

Any Solutions to reset the battery usage status?

I have tried *#0228# as well but still having 15hrs of charge...

All my apps are in deep sleep as well...

Please help 😞

Try usb in power plug and see if it helps.
Also try charging your phone powered off.

Usb in power plug does not change anything The phone does not boot up in recovery mode even if the Volume up & power key is pressed simultaneously.

I will try like u said...switch off the phone when it's charging.

This really sucks...my battery usage is now 15hrs only..it has been just 20 mins since my last charge.

My battery dropped to 95%

TBH the S21 Ultra drops very fast to 95% but kinda holds well between 90% to 40% ish.

In olden days you could run the battery down to 0% and charge it to 100% when off, sort of call power recycling or something.
You could try that.

Also have you checked if any app is draining the battery?

Nearly all my apps have been put in deep sleep...

 

Now am at 80%

 I hope samsung fixed it soon since I saw many posts like these in the forums...

Plug your phone into a laptop of computer and try the same key combination.. only way it worked for me

Only these 2 apps r running in the background with 0.1 & 0.2%

 Even i cannot boot from recovery to wipe my cache
