I have an issue with Samsung Members app. I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra.
When I start the Members app, I get the message telling me the app is not available in my country. I bought it new from my carrier here in Belgium.
I tried factory reset, delete and reinstall, clear cache. But nothing worked.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous User
I've known issues exist with an imported phone but it's the Benefits section of Samsung Members App that does not work.
I assume the Samsung Members app has worked in Bulgaria Belgium before. I think the app doesn't / didn't work in some countries.
A similar thread galaxy-s20-series/unable-to-open-samsung-members which may hold some useful information.
It appears that you have performed everything you can yourself so now I'd suggest to contact Samsung direct or pop into a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre for support.

Hi @BandOfBrothers,
Yes, before it was working and at some point it stopped and I don't know why. And I am in Belgium not Bulgaria.
At the end, it is working on my Flip 3

Hi @Anonymous User
My apologies about getting your region wrong.
I've edited my reply go reflect this.
Hopefully then this is just a glitch and will right itself in due course.
