Unable claim on app

Hi, I received my S21 ultra yesterday and want to claim the buds however I'm unable to find anything on the members app to make a claim. Any ideas please?

There should be a banner on the Samsung members homepage under benefits, alternatively you could go onto www.samsungpromotions.claims/galaxys21buds and see if that works.
