I purchased My s21 ultra off very in the UK
It's landed today rhe model number is SM998B/DS which I assumed was dual sim however its only got a single sim tray
In the mobile info it's got sim one and two so the software is there
The phone is genuine as I can register for an extended UK sim
I thought all UK models were double sim?
Can anyone help me do I need to reject the handset?
I can add an e sim but double sim would be better
Nice to be back on Samsung after some time away just more curious as to why I've only one sim
Thanks

The sim tray only has one side where I can slide in the sim the other side won't take the sim it just falls out
Side one says sim one but nothing is written on the other side

It is dual sim in the software but the sim tray only allows one sim on the other side it is just plastic with no holder

Hello @mancuk29
Did the diagram provided kindly by @ironass help ?
The model sold directly by Samsung UK has the model number SM-G998BZKGEUA
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I've ordered one just hoping it's a manufacturing fault where who ever made the phone put the wrong sim in... I hope it had a dual slot everything points to it having it from the serial number to the software showing two sims. I'm really annoyed I've complained to very

That's the model number but if you look my sim side of the plastic sim tray has a clip to keep the sim in the other side isn't shaped for the sim to fit in
Also never known samsung use plastic sim trays..
