Trade in

Hi

I traded in my S20 plus for a s21 ultra. 

Had an e mail over three weeks ago stating they had received my trade in device and will send a separate e mail if it passed their checks. But still to date I've had no email. 

Has anyone had the same problem?

I got my all OK and trade in complete email a month after receiving my handset. They are extremely slow. Worryingly slow to be honest. You're in limbo whilst you wait but thankfully it was all good when I received the email. You could try emailing them or simply hanging on a bit longer.

Yes, they received mine on the 25th February and got notification on 31st March that everything was complete
