Had an email suggesting upgrade to the s21 ultra, so select phone and go through options, trade in comes up...Max £600, yet when you get to the trade in page it drops to £400, bit of a bad deal......so ..no sale !
Hi @swills9 A maximum figure is given which will likely vary, higher values were given when I made a purchase a few months ago even if I did not have a device that carried the best value. I just checked just now and for mobiles it is up to £450.
