Purchased my s21 Ultra via Samsung website on 3rd December and received it in the post on 21st December. I am trading in my old phone and was told I had 7 days to trade-in my phone once I received my latest handset. When starting up my s21 Ultra, it has been remotely locked from the Trade In Service and I am not getting a reply from them?
Been in contact with Samsung themselves and they've given me phone numbers that don't work - at my wits end
