I'm on the Samsung UK website trying to trade in my S21 ultra for the S22 but my S21 ultra is not on the trade in list. Yesterday it wa on the list. The top phone on the list is the S21 so i tick that and put in my emui number and it comes up correct which is impossible. Any help would be appreciated guys.
Hi. Don't know if this helps but I wanted to trade in my Fold 3 on launch day for s22 ultra. Presumably because its such a new phone it wasn't on the list so I ticked note 20 ultra and put my email no in which it accepted. When I went back to the list the fold 3 had appeared and the trade in price had gone up also to reflect the newer phone! Might be worth a try?
