Trade-in package

Hi. I bought galaxy s21 with trade-in offer. My phone came yesterday but there was no trade-in packaging. 

Do they send packaging separately or it suppose to come with phone?

And how long tackes trade-in packaging to arrive if they sending it separately?

I tried to contact samsung online chat yesterday for few hours and several attempts but no luck. Was put in the queue few times and after few minutes I was disconnected from the chat.

No I don't blame you. I'll also let you know they are slow on letting you know when the trade in is complete. The 1st time I traded in I still hadn't heard anything, yet it had been 3 weeks, I had to contact them and then I received the email not long after. The last time wasn't too bad, they did let me know sooner. I also knew they received it the next day by tracking the parcel.

And make sure you bubble wrap it before you put it in there package bag. Take photos of the phones condition before you post it. Just incase. You never know.
