Trade in pack - UK

Hi Everyone,

So I've received my new device, an S21 5G and as part of this I traded in an old android phone.

I've received two trade in emails from Samsung, and two trade in packs with two different reference numbers. Which pack am I suppose to use?

Samsung support keep directing me to MTR / Samsung Recycle - but no one responds from MTR.

I don't want to just use any pack as it'll be my luck that they'll start chasing me for not sending them the phone and then charging me £200.

Has anyone else had similar issues and what were the outcomes?

You should use the first pack.

Thanks Aklima, on what basis is your advice? I just don't want a long drawn out battle with Samsung and MTR

Yeah, Use the first and put the other one in it with the phone :). Make sure you take photos of both.
May be a moderator can help you.

First one as the 2nd one might be a mistake.

Samsung Recycle got back to me - they cancelled the second one and told me to use the first one
